Josh Yatch

Murphy’s COO Josh Yatch joined the company in May of 2025. He has extensive experience in leading operations, driving sales strategies, and developing talent.

Before his time at Murphy, Josh spent five and a half years at Valley Companies, where he served as both VP of Logistics and VP of Sales. He began his career at YRCW, spending 18 years in various roles with increasing responsibilities, ultimately becoming VP of Operations at HNRY Logistics, a YRCW entity. One of his key career achievements was in his first executive leadership role, where he oversaw an intercompany brokerage. Under his leadership, the team grew from just four employees to over 100, and revenue increased to nearly $200 million.

Josh holds a degree in Human Resources from the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business.
