Vice President of Talent Development and Communications
Wendy oversees talent development and communications at Murphy and is responsible for human resources and internal communications.
She joined the Murphy team in 1996 as an executive assistant and quickly rose through the ranks to become human resources manager in 1999 and later human resources director in 2002. Wendy’s leadership over the years has been visible with her work in labor relations, employee health, wellness and safety programs, OSHA compliance and Workers Compensation/return to work administration.
She attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. and University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
